Shipping & Hatching Egg Policy

At Laken Reign Farms, we take great care in collecting, storing, packaging, and shipping our hatching eggs. All eggs are carefully inspected before shipment and are packed to minimize the risk of damage during transit.

No Returns or Exchanges

Due to the fragile and perishable nature of hatching eggs, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has shipped.

Damaged Eggs

If any eggs arrive broken or visibly damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the damaged eggs, packaging, and shipping box. 

Hatch Rates Not Guaranteed

We do not guarantee hatch rates. Many factors affecting hatch success are beyond our control once eggs leave our farm, including but not limited to shipping conditions, handling by the postal service, incubation practices, incubator accuracy, humidity, temperature fluctuations, power outages, and buyer experience.

Purchasing Hatching Eggs

By purchasing hatching eggs, you acknowledge and understand that hatching eggs are inherently a gamble and carry risks. While we work hard to provide fertile, high-quality eggs from healthy breeding stock, no seller can guarantee a successful hatch.

By placing an order, the buyer agrees to these terms and understands that refunds will not be issued for poor hatch rates, infertility claims, developmental losses, or other incubation-related outcomes.
